The Mini Bite Trend Can Be Anything You Want It To Be
Recently, I’ve gone to a few parties that have had one thing in common: Mini Bites. I never thought these bite-sized versions of larger meals would be such a hit, but lately, I’ve seen sliders, stuffed tartlets, mini shrimp cocktails and a slew of other items that tasted as amazing as they looked.
These new mini bites can be almost anything you’d like them to be and so many fun things that you can serve in these mini dishes. For savory dishes, try sesame beef bites with dipping sauce or Kahlua pork sliders. Looking for some cold options for your guests? Try shrimp shooters, ceviche served in martini glasses or watermelon served with feta cheese, cilantro and a hint of lemon.

Don’t forget dessert!
Rather than just plain cupcakes, your mini-bites can include key lime tartlets with whipped cream. For more exotic sweet treats, try stuffed lychee fruit with pineapple ginger sauce.

Apparently, it isn’t always the size that counts. With these mini-bite sized foods, it’s all about the flavor.
Happy Planning!
